What property managers ask before they sign.
- When do trucks go out?
- We dispatch after every snowfall greater than 5cm. Salt and ice-control runs are scheduled separately based on the property's risk profile and the forecast.
- Is the phone line really 24/7 in winter?
- Yes. From November through April, our line is staffed around the clock. Property managers and key contacts get a direct number.
- Do you serve residential?
- Snow programs are commercial only. Plazas, condos, multi-unit residential, churches, and industrial. Residential clients should look at our Green Season Programs for spring-through-fall lawn care.
- Do you provide proof of service?
- Yes. Our trucks are GPS-tracked and we can provide service logs to property managers on request.
